Went to look at a 2021 Tesla Models. ..My salesman Ben was GREAT. The only problem I had was by current Tesla 2018 Model S has Full Self Driving option which I had added on for $15K fr ..My salesman Ben was GREAT. The only problem I had was by current Tesla 2018 Model S has Full Self Driving option which I had added on for $15K from Tesla. Found out it is NOT transferable to any other Tesla I buy New or Used. So Tesla obviously has gotten greedy...but is not thinking past iits greed and doesn't realize how many sales they are losing by having people like me take a pass on a new Tesla car because of that $15K GREED that was already paid for!! I only had it for 5 months and liked Tesla enough to upgrade....but not now....had even considered a NEW Tesla, but not now! Will keep my 2018 which is pretty much the same car without some extra range. Been noticing Tesla has cut back production recently and 2 or 3 days ago cut their Model S base price by $5,000 !!! My guess is Elon is not paying attention or rather Captain Kangaroo is calling the shots or advising him. Anyway...Ben and Melbourne Toyota are still my #1 choice for a new vehicle. Will see them first for an upgrade of my Tacoma TRD Sport soon if the numbers are good and they can beat any other Toyota Dealer. More

I was a little leery about getting a new car because I have had some car buying experiences that were not so great in the past. I told Mike that I wanted something that was nice, but not brand new because have had some car buying experiences that were not so great in the past. He didn’t waste any time to start sending me all different kinds of options that he had available that he thought would be appropriate for my small family. When he sent me the information for a beautiful & clean Highlander that had come in on trade, I immediately knew it was the car for me! I came into the dealership and test drove it with him, I told him that I thought that was “the one” and he immediately went to work on securing it for me! He was extremely professional & made me feel very comfortable about my choice. He even had some toy cars on his desk that my daughter could occupy herself with while we did paperwork. It was the first time that I’ve bought a car that I never felt pressured (NOT ONCE!) and felt like a valued customer & person, not just a sale to add to his roster. I would 10/10 recommend him for your buying experience! More

2nd car I've bought from Mike. First was a Grand Caravan that we had absolutely no issues with for 40k+ miles. Yesterday we bought a Wagoneer with just 3k miles on it. Soon ad we arrived he was already working a deal and got Noah to pull the car out and ready to test drive within 5 minutes of being there. Numbers were ran and deal was made within 40 minutes, and it was aligned with what Mike said it would be. Mike and Noah are awesome. 2nd car I've bought from Mike, and I will buy my truck from him in a few months too. Always response, always honest and doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but gives it to you straight with realistic numbers and doesn't try to gimmick you. Sets realistic expectations and keeps you informed during the entire buying process. 10/10 would recommend. Don't bother going to another dealer and wasting hours when you can get an honest deal knocked out with Mike and his crew. Thanks for everything, again. More

If you bring your car in for service make sure everything is working afterwards! Even things they were never supposed to touch! Unfortunately when I brought my car in over a year ago I didn't realize that my is working afterwards! Even things they were never supposed to touch! Unfortunately when I brought my car in over a year ago I didn't realize that my key stopped working. I was super sick with long covid and dealing with the death of 3 grandparents, so yeah, my head was elsewhere. About 6 months after service I finally took the time to switch out the key battery because all along I just assumed that's what was wrong (I did not put two and two together at this point that the dealer ship actually messed up my key). After trying a new battery in both keys with no success and calling Toyota to explain to them this was clearly their doing, I was told it would be $80 for them to look at it because 6 months had passed. Again, as everyone knows there was A LOT going on in the world that time. I then had a family member that works with cars test it. His answer, someone unprogrammed your key and possibly programmed it to another car. He went on to say this is not uncommon for careless techs to do the wrong thing to someone's car, and this isn't the first time he's seen it. So here we are over a year later and my stepdad goes to fix the key because this is huge issue. $300!!!! For one key! I moved to Palm Bay from South FL and am not happy that this will be my Toyota mechanic moving forward. I feel like anytime they so much as change the oil I will have to make sure everything else is still in working in order. Oil change? Well do my blinkers still work?! How about the key? Maybe I just have to physically watch them work on my car and have them explain everything they are doing, while they are doing it. This is extremely unacceptable and I am so mad that I did not put two and two together but since I was so sick I did not drive anywhere, I did the service my car needed and that was that. So now here I am over a year later finally leaving a review so hopefully no one else gets screwed out of hundreds of dollars for a careless mistake caused by Toyota of Melbourne. OH! And after reading another negative review just now about their service I realized they also left what appeared to be a battery brush under the hood!! Careless?? I'd say so! More
