If your a woman or elderly person, do not go to Toyota of Melbourne. They will stick it to you. I have never seen such a dishonest, greedy and flat out illegal transaction in my life from a new car dealer. I Melbourne. They will stick it to you. I would expect this kind of dishonesty from a used car dealer, but not a new car dealer like Toyota. We have purchased 7 different cars between myself and my employees. One of our girls went to Toyota of Melbourne to do an end of Lease refinance. Marilena is 67 years old, does not speak good English and she went there by herself. They loaded her up with a $2800 extended warranty contract and $1000 gap policy. She did not buy those when she went there to buy the car, but since Toyota makes no money on end of Lease deals, they took advantage and conditioned her loan based on the extras they screwed her with. I went to Toyota and spoke the Finance manager and he told me that it is policy (The Law) that the car needed to have an extended warranty to be refinanced. This is total xx and Illegal. I plan on getting the State Attorney General involved since this is a woman, Older lady and did not speak English and the contract was written in nothing buy English when Spanish copies are available. Do yourself a favor and avoid Toyota of Melbourne. I will never allow any of my people to buy from there again. More

Nathan Huff has been excellent as my service advisor. Terry Bruno, his manager has been exceptionally understanding (In case you are wondering why the manager was involved, it had nothing to do about Nathan, service, or the dealership). I found out about this dealership when Mike Erdman Toyota, which is closer to me, tried to rip me off. Do NOT ever go to Mike Erdman Toyota. More
