I haven’t had any luck with any Toyota dealership I have gone to. This one was by far the worst service I have ever received from any dealership. Setting an appointment was fine but everything that followed gone to. This one was by far the worst service I have ever received from any dealership. From members of Toyota yelling at my grandmother over the phone when she was trying to figure out why the price of a part increases basically $1000 to being given the cold shoulder when I was finally able to pick up my car. To make amends of them keeping my car for 3+ weeks when it was only supposed to be one, I received a 3 month trail to Sirius XM….. I had to pay $1300 for a rental and had to keep extending it since they ordered the wrong part, and then it took a week (2 weeks) for it to come in, just for it to “get lost” and then I could finally pick up my car. I could’ve kept driving my car if I knew it would take that long for the part to come in but I was told it would be done by the next week. I have loved having my car but I will not be getting another Toyota thanks to the “customer service” I receive every time. More

I took my car to get a oil change and tries rotated. I ask service tech if they would check air pressure because my front tires were low. The service tech yes.When I was driving home from work I checked I ask service tech if they would check air pressure because my front tires were low. This is how I know I didn’t get the tire rotation I paid for. My wife took her car for the same service and it took two hours and my car took 45 minutes. More
