The ONLY Toyota to go to in Louisville, KY If it wasn't for the service department, specifically, John Carbone, I wouldn't continue driving 35 minutes one way. The staff anticipates my family n If it wasn't for the service department, specifically, John Carbone, I wouldn't continue driving 35 minutes one way. The staff anticipates my family needs and doesn't use high-pressure service nor sales. I managed to drive the same Sienna for nine years up to 348K miles. The common sense approach and understanding what I need as a mother of three, specifically not nickel and diming me with repairs and service, John always helped me prioritize what absolutely was necessary or can wait. As I turned in my 348K Sienna, Glen also anticipated my needs, because this mom really wanted an SUV, but the Highlander just wasn't going to fit the bill and he knew that. He lined up the vehicle for me, I didn't even have to look. Rick worked with my budget, ,especially taking in to consideration I've referred customers and will have three new drivers in the course of the next six years. No games, no pressure at Toyota of Louisville. If it wasn't for the service team, I wouldn't be a returning customer for vehicle maintenance. If it wasn't for the sales team, I'd be purchasing elsewhere. More
JOHN EMPLOYEE of the year I do not trust dealerships but John in the service department is an exceptions to all the rules. At least for me is a man of intrigrity and for that I do not trust dealerships but John in the service department is an exceptions to all the rules. I appreciate this man since I moved here from another state and did not know where to turn when had a problem with my previous Toyota and God directed me to John and I am grateful. Thank You More
Pathetic Customer Service Took my brand new Tacoma to them to fix the Blind Spot Monitoring as it stopped working the 3rd day I had it. Service department proceeded to tell me that I had to have done something as they do not simply stop working. They never even bothered to call Toyota. If they had, they would have found this can happen. They said I would have to pay for the repair. No one there seemed to care. It was simply the worst experience ever. I told the service manager this. He seemed to have cared less. Don't waste your time taking your care to their service department, even if it is brand new. More
