I am always skeptical about car dealers but Joseph Campbell was an exception to the norm. He was quite honest and open about the whole process. Joseph listened to me when I told him what I was looking for and what my budget restraints were. He didn't try to sell me something I wasn't looking for. Since my previous car had been totaled in an accident I had only a small window of time to find a new one. Joseph and the dealership were quite understanding about the problems that come with waiting for a total-loss check from the insurance company. They were willing to work with me in so many ways. The price was better than anything else I could find around the area. Joseph happened to own a Camry himself at the time so he was able to give me personal opinions and insight about the vehicle. Perhaps the most pleasant part of the process was the fact that Joseph made me feel like a friend or family member. He always returned my texts or phone calls quickly, even after the deal was done. I know without a doubt that if I needed help with something with the car he would return my call in a hurry. This probably won't be the last Camry I buy from him. More

Even with the opportunity to sell the car to another customer, she kept to her word and finished the deal with me - no pressure and not delivering on something that she couldn't.
