I had spent several weeks looking for a I just wanted to take a moment to let you know about my dealings with David Bramley and Toyota of Louisville. I had spent several weeks looking for a car and my frustration level was growing. I had been to several dealerships you showed very little interest in dealing with me after hearing what I was trying to do or had dealerships try to increase my payment goal by 75 dollars a month and kept me an there an hour trying to convince me. When I arrived at Toyota I was greeted by David who took a few moments to try and figure out what I needed. After explaining what I wanted he seemed a little frustrated and said he wasn't sure if he could help. He explained he was new there because his dealership had just closed down there recently and he wasn't totally sure what he could do. He went in and talked with his manager and pulled up this very nice Corolla for me to look at. It was pretty much better than anything anyone else had showed me and I was fairly certain it would exceed my budget. We drove it and I absolutely loved it. When he showed me the payments they were actually lower than my top end dollar I said I would spend. I was ecstatic. To make things even better once we agreed to terms the paperwork went by very quickly. I couldn't be more pleased. More

Both times I worked with Ed Childers a very professional sales person who made the experience very enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable as well as easy to work with. Ed seems to be a very sincere and a honest person who goes out of his way to try and make sure you are able to get exactly what you want as well as a very favorable deal. I will definitely return to this dealership in the future when considering a new or used vehicle and will most definitely request Ed for my sales person. He actually made the entire process fun and stress free. I have been very happy and satisfied with the product and the service at this dealership and would definitely recommend Toyota of Louisville to anyone that is in the market for an automobile. More
