Unfortunately our family was faced with the decision to replace the Toyota we had just bought with Glen due to a car accident that totaled the vehicle. We contacted Glen and he was able to find the exact vehicle we had and get us another one on the lot immediately. The second process was just as smooth if not better than the first one considering we did not expect to be doing this again so soon.
