Wonderful Experience, Warm Welcome I recently bought a Mazda from Toyota of Louisville and I have to say the time I experienced there was unlike any other. From the moment my dad and I walked into the show room until the moment I drove off the lot, even after that, Glen really took care of us and took the time to show us and reassure us of our potential purchase. He had great follow up and was always easy to get ahold of. Response time was spot on and we truly felt like he had our best interest in mind, and not just worried about making a sale. We felt like he honestly wanted to help us and would do everything he could to help work with our budget. He has truly gone above and beyond and I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go see him! Its on Dixie but its totally worth the drive. haha We also briefly worked with Dean in finance and he was great as well. Took the time to explain aspects I didn't understand clearly and was very easy to work with. Again, we felt like he really wanted to help us and had our best interest in mind. Didn't push any un-needed upgrades or amenities that I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Overall the service we received here was outstanding and I felt totally comfortable there. Another Excellent buying experience We bought our first Toyota last year with Glen Harder and it was a such a smooth process that we knew exactly who to see this time. Unfortunately our family was faced with the decision to replace the Toyota we had just bought with Glen due to a car accident that totaled the vehicle. We contacted Glen and he was able to find the exact vehicle we had and get us another one on the lot immediately. The second process was just as smooth if not better than the first one considering we did not expect to be doing this again so soon. Although the salesman was on his way home he took the time to help me and I was impressed by the fact that all of this occurred before I even reached the front door of the dealership. Toyota of Louisville cut through the crap that most dealerships use to distort prices and fees, and after purchasing my vehicle I wish I had started my search there at Toyota of Louisville because it would have saved me weeks of headaches, stress and time. Before I was sold on the car, I was sold on the way that I was treated! My AWESOME salesman was Kevin Willis, and the Finance Mgr. D.W.
