In the beginning my experience was your typical and average vehicle purchase until negotiations were being made..the salesman that was assisting me, Bill (William) Morrison , became upset that I wasn’t average vehicle purchase until negotiations were being made..the salesman that was assisting me, Bill (William) Morrison , became upset that I wasn’t taking the first offer given to me and didn’t jump to make a deal the first 5 minutes. He called me to inform me of interest rates and I hear as soon as I pick up the phone “she needs to xxxx or get off the pot” so I then say “hello” and he begins the conversation to me. I thought it was extremely rude to be talking trash about a customer as the phone is ringing and then having to hear that. I immediately asked if it was about me and he began to stutter around, proof I caught him off guard because he assumed I hadn’t heard. I understand vehicle deals are stressful but that was beyond uncalled for. If I had not placed a deposit and they ran my credit multiple times..I would have NOT went through with the deal for that simple reason. The worst customer service I’ve ever received during any purchase, vehicle or otherwise. More
