I haven’t had any luck with any Toyota dealership I have gone to. This one was by far the worst service I have ever received from any dealership. Setting an appointment was fine but everything that followed gone to. This one was by far the worst service I have ever received from any dealership. Setting an appointment was fine but everything that followed was chaotic. From members of Toyota yelling at my grandmother over the phone when she was trying to figure out why the price of a part increases basically $1000 to being given the cold shoulder when I was finally able to pick up my car. To make amends of them keeping my car for 3+ weeks when it was only supposed to be one, I received a 3 month trail to Sirius XM….. I had to pay $1300 for a rental and had to keep extending it since they ordered the wrong part, and then it took a week (2 weeks) for it to come in, just for it to “get lost” and then I could finally pick up my car. I could’ve kept driving my car if I knew it would take that long for the part to come in but I was told it would be done by the next week. I have loved having my car but I will not be getting another Toyota thanks to the “customer service” I receive every time. More
