Tim Patillo was an absolute pleasure to work with. I live in Georgia and found my "new" car through CARFAX at Toyota of Louisville. He was able to coordinate with his finance team over the phone, and within hours we completed the terms and had a deal. I flew up a couple of days later. Tim picked me up a the airport, did a simple short test drive, and i was able to sit down to complete the paperwork. I also want to compliment the the whole finance team. I am very pleased that they were able to provide very competitive rates. Again, the whole transaction was completed very quickly, and I was on the road back home (after a great lunch at one of their recommended restaurants). Some fInal thoughts, I've purchased a number of cars in the past from a number of dealerships all over the country. Toyota of Louisville is very special. This might not make sense until you visit, but I really enjoyed talking to everyone there. We have a shared set of values which made working together so much simpler. We appreciate John Carbone taking our car in with just a couple of hours notice, when we explained an issue with the alternator. He took down all the pertinent information.
