BEWARE of this dealership at all costs . Car salesman Harvey Braden is very unprofessional with dealing with a fellow veteran . He made sexist remarks to my wife as we were about to test drive a car that Harvey Braden is very unprofessional with dealing with a fellow veteran . He made sexist remarks to my wife as we were about to test drive a car that was obviously not serviced. He then pointed out that the internet price is the best price with no haggling . Let this be known the car had bad breaks, steering was off , had false advertisement stating there was a back up camera , all of the equipment to change a flat tire was missing. Also the cruise control and Bluetooth were acting funky. Just a poor services car. I am a potential buyer of this car but not for the listed price considering all the issues. He assumed that I called him a thief if I would buy it for the listed price. Then brought in his sales manager that was very rude and threatened me. I’ve never been to a dealership that the customer service was this terrible. So I left. When I left I tried to call the salesman Harvery Braden who immediately hung up on me . Very rudely. So I called back because they still have my information in there system. So I called back and Amy the so called head manager was helpful at first because I am a customer . But I could over hear Harvey Braden saying he didn’t like me so I can’t come back. So she rudely hung up on me aswell. DONT go to this dealership if you are a veteran because they will walk all over you. I’m service connected disable and there unprofessional attitude can’t be tolerated. Great salesman! He is and always has been (bought our last Toyota from him too!) friendly, easy to deal with, thorough in his explanations and honest. I have felt that he offered the best price and the least hassle I have ever had. I do not enjoy the process of buying a new vehicle but Mr Cogburn makes it easier.
