Horrible!!! I bought my Toyota at the Toyota place in Tyler (thank God) AWSOME place. I was told I could have it serviced at any Toyota place .i was in Longview on November 17 2016 doing some shopping and noticed my light was on so I pulled in there and the girl at the service desk told me that I could not get it serviced there since I have not had it serviced there before and that she could not look us up in the system. Really?? She was very rude. I did not argue cause I had my grandbaby with me or I would had . My husband tried calling the supervisor and never got a return phone call. So I'm confused if Toyota will service them all over or is it just this one in Longview that is so difficult!! ? More

Horrible Customer Service The salesperson told me I had a deal set so I drove 2 hours, 1 way, only to be told that there were going to be changes to my deal which I had not app The salesperson told me I had a deal set so I drove 2 hours, 1 way, only to be told that there were going to be changes to my deal which I had not approved before I went to the dealership. The finance department was impersonal and unhelpful. Then the general manager sent a follow up email asking how my experience was to which I replied it was horrible. He never bothered to respond. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to buy a bicycle from much less a car!!! More
Very poor service I bought my wife a 2014 certified pre-owned Highlander with 9,000 miles less than a year ago. We had the vehicle serviced six times because the bumper I bought my wife a 2014 certified pre-owned Highlander with 9,000 miles less than a year ago. We had the vehicle serviced six times because the bumper would not stay in and kept popping out. After the bumper was fixed on the sixth trip to the service department, the Bluetooth and navigation stopped working on the radio. After being treated poorly by the service department, and being lied to by the service manager and the general manager (who both claimed they would replace our bumper and deliver the vehicle to us once fixed, which did not happen), we decided to trade in our vehicle just to get away from this dealership. Then we discovered prior to buying our vehicle it had been wrecked (so much for "certified"). We e-mailed the general manager, Harold Hurst, who has refused to respond to us. After forwarding our e-mail to Toyota directly the service manager did reach out to my wife and offered to once again fix our vehicle (after replacing the radio for a seventh service trip the BT and Nav still did not work). We traded the vehicle in today at a loss and we were glad to do so. I would caution anyone with dealing with this dealership and specifically their service department. More
Incredibly incompetent I purchased a new 2016 Camry on 1/15/16 with financing supposed to be set up through Toyota Financial. To date 3/1/16 I am unable to make a payment be I purchased a new 2016 Camry on 1/15/16 with financing supposed to be set up through Toyota Financial. To date 3/1/16 I am unable to make a payment because dealer has not sent information to Toyota Financial. Toyota Financial says all they need is paperwork from dealer. Dealer keeps promising to straighten everything out, but has not done so. Does not call back when promises and now has other personnel rudely telling me I need to make a payment to the dealership. I cannot understand how this would help when Toyota Financial states there is no account with them, so no account to apply payment to. Have purchased several vehicles and have never experienced anything like this. I am afraid that they are running a scam and that I am being victimized. If you want a pleasant experience with a new Toyota definitely avoid this dealership. More
Why Toyota of Longview ? Dan Armstrong is efficient and to the point, No extraneous muck to fuddle through, he finds what you want and gives you options. I have purchased a number of cars from him after higher prices and much worse service from Classic in Tyler. Side note the new service Manager is excellent, quick and easy to deal with. More

Unprofessional personnel Sales personnel have always treated me with respect and profession , the two times I have been in the Longview Toyota center. If a sales man can't answer your questions ask for Herald the man incharge of the Toyota facility, he will give the the final counter offer. He was professional and very polite on July 3, 2015. That same day I bough a 2012 Buick from them and I was very please walking out of there. More
