I called today to get information on a part for my vehicle. The price seemed a bit off, so I asked for a part number. They refused to provide the part number, saying it's policy not to give part numbe vehicle. The price seemed a bit off, so I asked for a part number. Separately, though I wasn't originally going to review them for it, this dealership sold me the -wrong part- for my 2019 Camry a few months back. It was only a $15 part, so I never bothered to return it, but it was disappointing that they sold me the wrong part when they had my VIN number. More
