Need better communication I've taken my car in twice for a rattle which they heard the first time and told me to bring it back. The second time, they just acted like they could I've taken my car in twice for a rattle which they heard the first time and told me to bring it back. The second time, they just acted like they couldn't hear it and nothing could be done. When I called the service manager, Jeremy, he explained in detail what they tried and we discussed other options. I told him, the people at the desk need to communicate better and he listened to my feedback. I'll try a third time and let you know! More
Great Job! I went in not knowing what the problem was with my vehicle they were fast, friendly, & had my vehicle back to me by the end of the day. Larry stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process - let me know what needed to be done, asked if I wanted to proceed, & sent me pictures of the issues they discovered. Frustrating check In Appt at 9am, arrived 10-15 minutes early. Line of cars had formed and I waited in line. 10 minutes had passed and another Toyota driver pulled up. He did not get in line but parked his car at the curb and got out. Check-in person walked to his car; I honked and held up my hands. Check/in waited on him anyway .I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 9am AND WAS NIT WAITED ON PROPERLY More
