Need better communication I've taken my car in twice for a rattle which they heard the first time and told me to bring it back. The second time, they just acted like they could I've taken my car in twice for a rattle which they heard the first time and told me to bring it back. The second time, they just acted like they couldn't hear it and nothing could be done. When I called the service manager, Jeremy, he explained in detail what they tried and we discussed other options. I told him, the people at the desk need to communicate better and he listened to my feedback. I'll try a third time and let you know! More

Frustrating check In Appt at 9am, arrived 10-15 minutes early. Line of cars had formed and I waited in line. 10 minutes had passed and another Toyota driver pulled up.
