Yoo HIgh It cost me $100 to change oil and rotate tires. Never again I will go somewhere else! They also always want to change my filters. Okay so my filters need changing, guess what, went Walmart and pay $16 for the engine air filter (Toyota wanted about $50.00 for just the engine air filter, and $12 for the cabin air filter (Toyota wanted $30 for a cabin air filter) If you spend that much money there purchasing a vehicle then oil change should be half price and rotating tires should be free. But Toyota of Longview is always been horrible. More

The young lady who shuttled me home and back was also very friendly and I enjoyed her company during the drives. I am completely satisfied with my experience. Of course, although the survey asks below about the quality of work, I have no way of knowing if there will be a problem with the repair at a later point, but the car is doing well now. Likewise I have no way of knowing if the price was reasonable other than my confidence in the man who helped me, but I think he tried to be sure I was treated fairly. More
