2017 Highlander under warranty I had an 8:00 appt to take my Highlander in to have a speaker replaced; we dropped the vehicle off the night before. I had heard nothing by 5:00 pm s I had an 8:00 appt to take my Highlander in to have a speaker replaced; we dropped the vehicle off the night before. I had heard nothing by 5:00 pm so i called to check on the vehicle; they were “running around like chickens with their heads cut off” is what i was told but was assured that someone would call me back. I didn’t hear back until 9:00 the next morning. The work done was great and the speaker works well. More
