Very kind people. Price was a little more than expected but. Very kind employees. Work performed on time. Atmosphere in waiting rooms was very good along with the doughnut holes and drinks. I am again feeling a rotational vibration on the front wheel brakes that your people replaced the rotors with Oem Toyota parts a few months ago. The brakes were completely smooth right after replacement and I have not had the tires rotated to eliminate that as a possible cause. Very disappointing. More

I came in later in the day so I understand everyone wanting to go home but the conversations of the employees really took me by surprise. I stood waiting on an advisor which is fine the place was busy but then handed off to someone else who didn’t acknowledge me accept to say “you know you don’t need an oil change right” well I honestly had no idea I didn’t that’s why I continue to use Toyota of Longview to keep track of my car maintenance when I could easily go to someone cheaper in my hometown. By the end of the experience I left pleased because the employees stayed a bit late to fix my car and the other problems are well documented. All I’m saying is there seems to be a lot of turnover and the atmosphere and level of professionalism has tanked. More

Service is Good, but Expensive People are generally friendly. Service is quick. Prices are high as is typical for a dealership. I think they are probably a decent shop, but you may People are generally friendly. Service is quick. Prices are high as is typical for a dealership. I think they are probably a decent shop, but you may get better bang for your buck elsewhere. The sales people are deceptive and rude. Any ads sent out are designed to mislead. READ THE FINE PRINT. I would never buy a car from here again. More

Good service center; swamped This is a good Toyota service location. This visit they were swamped, and a 1-1 1/2 hour visit for tire rotation and oil change took almost 3 1/2 hour This is a good Toyota service location. This visit they were swamped, and a 1-1 1/2 hour visit for tire rotation and oil change took almost 3 1/2 hours with no explanation as to why. The lack of explanation and being stuck at the dealership for all that time was very off-putting. More
Bulk oil????? in for the yearly check and oil change, I found that the "clear synthetic oil" that was put in My vehicle was NOT clear. It was like the color of regu in for the yearly check and oil change, I found that the "clear synthetic oil" that was put in My vehicle was NOT clear. It was like the color of regular oil( slightly yellow)..The Quaker State oil is very clear out of the container...........Otherwise the checks on the vehicle ,,,I guess,,,were ok. I generally check My vehicle for fluid levels,which I had done before taking My auto in for service...The only fluid that needed any top of was the windshield washer fluid,which I did. I wonder if a FILTER should be placed in the line from the bulk oil tank to insure that there is no sediment in the oil that is put in to the vehicles or if it has one MAYBE it should be changed !!!!!! More
