Nothing to brag about I had stopped in for a warranty repair on my 5 week old vehicle. It was a clear manufacturing defect that needed to be fixed. The dealership said it I had stopped in for a warranty repair on my 5 week old vehicle. It was a clear manufacturing defect that needed to be fixed. The dealership said it was not their responsibility but would contact the manufacturer on my behalf. They did, but the manufacturer delayed getting an answer. I had to pay nearly $400 out of pocket. The manufacturer then replied it was not their fault. The dealership gave little support and suggested I deal with it myself. I was able to resolve the issue without their help but had to spend a lot of time chasing an issue that ultimately was a Toyota problem. There was no follow up from the dealership and the dealership destroyed the malfunctioning product so that the manufacturer could not inspect. I would have expected a stronger customer service response from a dealership where I just bought a car. More
Satisfied Autumn had great customer service and was very attentive to what I wanted to get done. Highly recommend. Not one good experience in 2 years. Poor service. Every time we have brought our vehicle in to be serviced we have had to wait at least an hour. Every time, even if we had an appointment or just for a simple oil change. The time before last they changed the cabin air filter and left leaves and dirt all in the glove box. This time we brought it in cause we had a small nail in the tire and just needed it plugged. I called ahead and they said it would take no more than an hour... well it took 2 hrs and they left all the plugs off the tires so I went back to ask for them and the guy was txting on his phone the whole time and gave me green ones instead of the black ones that were originally on my vehicle. I asked for black and he said that was the only color they had. Every time we leave this dealership we are frustrated with the service. More
