Would have expected better. I usually don't post reviews but felt the need to help Toyota of Longview resolve a problem. This is the second or third time we have been called to I usually don't post reviews but felt the need to help Toyota of Longview resolve a problem. This is the second or third time we have been called to verify an appointment for service on two off our vehicles only to arrive at the "scheduled time" and then be told we were NOT on the scheduled....really? Thankfully the service work was done but get your stuff together! After the third time of "your not on the schedule" you guys have got ta problem! Oh, and this is the SECOND time that the oil change sticker was either not put on the windshield or had the wrong mileage for return for service....Like I said I usually don't complain on the first mistake. We all make mistakes. More

Repair of seat belt clasp the service department was efficient and timely with repairs. Personnel greeted me and attentive to my needs. Service was very timely and professional. I am always pleased with my service from Toyota. When my vehicle was ready, Larry Lohr went in the rain to drive my car under the shed so I could buc I am always pleased with my service from Toyota. When my vehicle was ready, Larry Lohr went in the rain to drive my car under the shed so I could buckle my toddler grandson without us getting wet. I really appreciated his kindness. Could improve Always at least a 2 hour wait. You would think with an appointment you could get in and out a little faster. They always say they got “busy” but this Always at least a 2 hour wait. They always say they got “busy” but this is the same thing every time. “Poor planning” or “under staffed” seems more likely. They have seemed to always miss things. We came home without stem caps on our tires one time. Attention to detail is something you want from service center. I did however speak with the manager and this last visit we haven’t noticed anything wrong. More
