Slow service Had an appointment for my last free service on my new car which was just a tire rotation and multi point inspection, the place was packed but service Had an appointment for my last free service on my new car which was just a tire rotation and multi point inspection, the place was packed but service dept. never said anything when I checked in. Fast forward 1 1/2 hours later I go out to check on status, I see my car up on the lift and someone from service dept. states “your car is back there we are short staffed today and they are on their lunch breaks right now” with my car up on the lift tires off they took a lunch break. It took over 2 hrs from my apt. time to get out of there, 8 months pregnant I sat there for 2 hours starving while employees got there lunch break. If they would have told me when I checked in that they were short staffed I could have rescheduled. They also do nothing extra, they do not vaccum the car or anything like some oil change places and they are more expensive when you complimentary service runs out More

Above and Beyond I had begun a simple search to find a smaller vehicle on September 3, 2019. My SUV had become unnecessary and I had a few cars in mind. I couldn't fin I had begun a simple search to find a smaller vehicle on September 3, 2019. My SUV had become unnecessary and I had a few cars in mind. I couldn't find a vehicle that spoke to me so I kept broadening my search range. Fast forward to October 20, 2019. I've got a car saved on Cars.com. The situation is that it was over 200 miles away. Just to ease my mind, I requested to know if the car was still available. It was past 10 PM. I submitted the email with the availability request and, within minutes, I had an email and text from Melanie asking after my interest. The next morning, we corresponded back and forth a few times. Melanie was very contentious about my needs, my budget, and the distance I was from her location. Melanie kept me in the loop and worked behind the scenes for me, all while I'm at work. We cemented the deal and on Tuesday, October 22, I drove 3 1/2 hours to their location. Melanie kept in touch with me on my drive, making sure I didn't have any last minute concerns. Once I arrived, she greeted me at the door, had my car freshly detailed and full of gas. We took the test drive and, once back to the office, worked on the paperwork. Melanie had already taken care of so much. She was very thoughtful in regard to the distance I had traveled. She had my packet ready, a CARFAX hard copy report in hand, and the keys to my sweet ride waiting. I signed with Melanie, quickly handled my financial forms with the gentleman there, and I was ready to rock. Melanie stayed while I got everything out of my trade in - even helping me remove my license plate. The dealership closed at 8, Melanie helped me until 8:40. She never complained about the time or made me feel rushed. She was sweet and I appreciate her very much! Though the drive was long, it was worth every mile. More
