Read your invoice Had serpentine belt replaced. Told the existing bolt too short. On a previous visit a technician had stripped the bolt now needed a new one. I said Had serpentine belt replaced. Told the existing bolt too short. On a previous visit a technician had stripped the bolt now needed a new one. I said replace it and I wanted the old bolt. When checked out, no old bolt. In fact, my invoice said I had refused the bolt. Was told this bolt might break in future. I requested the notes be changed because I did not refuse the new bolt. Was told that wasn’t possible. They did hand write on the invoice the correction. I now have to keep this invoice because it is my only proof if something happens to this bolt in the future. Usually I don’t have an issue with this Service department, but I was not happy regarding this matter. More

Water Pump, Breaks Service was good. The invoice was VERY difficult to understand as was the recommend services. The price I was quoted was accurate however the invoice Service was good. We have never left from buying feeling happy about the way thing went down. So we expected the same thing when going to purchase our new car. My husband and I talked about a new Toyota Corolla as we have owned 2 previously. I stopped in one evening to take a look at one and met Bailey. She showed me a 2020 Corolla and answered all the questions I had. I brought my husband back later the following week. We again met with Bailey and went for a test drive. We loved the car! Bailey was great and no pressure. We went home to think about it. We ended up filling out the online credit app. We told them what we could afford, they made it happen! There was no back and forth and no pressure. I kept waiting for something to go wrong or there be a catch, but everything worked just fine! It truly was the fastest, easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have had and this was largely in part due to Bailey! We will be a repeat customer! More
