They gave me a price in writing, then changed the price on the contract without telling me. Then gave me my paperwork on a flash drive so I didn't catch it. These guys are crooks. When I contacted them they were unprofessional and rude! I've been telling everyone! And yesterday I cost them a sell. My friend was buying a new Toyota and I talked her into going to Texarkana. She was about to go to Longview. I will continue to cost them more money than they screwed me out of. Crooks! More
I don't believe they performed any work on my car but yet I was charged $159 for cleaning out the sunroof drain channels. Couldn't get anyone on the phone who knew if the car was ready. When I got to the dealership, my car was parked on the lot with no number inside and no sign anyone had worked on it. Usually there is a paper floor mat and a paper number hanging on the rear view mirror. Total rip off! Service manager was not there to talk to and nobody else knew anything! More
I can’t say at this point I’d recommend the dealership at all just our salesman Tony! After leaving I found a dent on the roof a couple of days later (truck was parked under protection) that was missed and w all just our salesman Tony! After leaving I found a dent on the roof a couple of days later (truck was parked under protection) that was missed and when trying to get help or it fixed the “dent” guy says he doesn’t remember it and we will be charged to fix it! So in other words he’s refusing to take accountability for missing something and wants to charge us! We have insurance if it had happened since leaving we would have filed a claim not contacted the dealership back! Or something happened while it was being cleaned by them but either way it didn’t happen since we’ve owned it! So I guess in other words they rip you off and overcharge for damaged product and then won’t stand by what they sell!!! Be aware!! More
The only place in Texas that has any selection of Pre-owned vehicles. I needed a Truck and actually found a second car for my son to drive to college. Well staffed and knowledgeable. Let me start by saying that I NEVER write reviews…. for anything. And I typically go into a car dealership expecting the worst. I purchased a vehicle from Giselle and could not be more satisfied with th for anything. And I typically go into a car dealership expecting the worst. I purchased a vehicle from Giselle and could not be more satisfied with the entire experience. She was transparent through the whole process and very understanding even when we changed our mind at the last minute and decided on a different vehicle that the one we originally planned to purchase. After the purchase I had a concern come up and I called her to discuss the options. She made sure that I was taken care of and went above and beyond what she was required to do. She was upfront and honest through out the entire process even AFTER the sale. A-lot of times you come across a salesperson who does whatever it takes to put you in a car and collect their commission, but once the sale is final they no longer feel obligated to stand by their word. This was not the case with Giselle. She went out of her way to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed and never once complained. If you’re planning to purchase a vehicle I would definitely recommend her….10 out of 10!! More
Worst dealership ever. I was in contact with this dealership to buy a Sienna. They called me and said, 'You are next in line, so we want to run your credit.' I specifically I was in contact with this dealership to buy a Sienna. They called me and said, 'You are next in line, so we want to run your credit.' I specifically asked them not to run my credit unless I authorized them, as I wanted to ensure it was done after we agreed on the numbers. Unfortunately, after running my credit, the salesperson called me and said he had sold the car to somebody else. They played us so just wanted to make sure this doesn’t happen to anybody else. More

Worst buying experience ever. They screwed up our paperwork & didn't even bother to let us know the financing had fell through. We had to chase them for weeks to even get a return They screwed up our paperwork & didn't even bother to let us know the financing had fell through. We had to chase them for weeks to even get a returned phone call & were treated horribly by the sales manager Amber. She outright lied to us and threatened us repeatedly when they found out we consulted with a lawyer over their mess. Did everything they could to bully us into signing a new contract & refused to provide us with copies of documents we signed. Absolutely do not purchase a vehicle here! More
