If you want absolutely the rudest, most insensitive sales people ever to work with - then this dealer is for you! I visited the dealership the morning of Saturday, November-12-2022. I requested to test dri people ever to work with - then this dealer is for you! I visited the dealership the morning of Saturday, November-12-2022. I requested to test drive a new 2023 Sequoia Platinum that was parked outside the dealership. The salesperson said he would need to ask his sales manager first. So I walked up to a desk with 8-10 individuals sitting behind the desk. The apparent lead person proceeded to tell me - NO! I said how do you expect me to purchase the vehicle without test driving it? He replied, we will work out the numbers first and then determine whether you can test drive the vehicle. I said the customer calls the shots - not you. They said (all the people behind the desk literally in unison) “NO THEY DON’T - BY-BY”. So I walked out extremely irritated, humiliated and discouraged that this is what Grossinger has deteriorated to. I didn’t say a word but promised myself I would NEVER step foot in that dealership again AND I would continue to tell everyone to help prevent that happening to another customer. My hope is that the dealership owners will see what’s happening and correct it. I can’t be the only customer being abused! More
