Angelo is a General Sales Manager. He comes up with prices on a fly and each time asked, those prices vary considerably. Everytime I need to contact him or other salesmen at Grossinger, I never get my prices on a fly and each time asked, those prices vary considerably. Everytime I need to contact him or other salesmen at Grossinger, I never get my call returned. This is the most pushy dealership I've ever visited. THey try to give you items/additions far less expensive than what they promise. Stay away from this place. A good alternative is an Elmhurst Toyota, which is very professional. More
My wife and I bought a new Prius there recently. No deal on the price but that's true anywhere since it's a popular car in high demand. When trying to pay with E-loan check they refused, saying it's not the on the price but that's true anywhere since it's a popular car in high demand. When trying to pay with E-loan check they refused, saying it's not their policy, so we walked out. Then they called the next day, changed their minds, and said they would take an E-loan check. Big hassle. Made car-buying experience a drag instead of easy and pleasant. Plus last week went in for 'express' oil change. It took over an hour. More
I took my suzuki aero for service b/c I had an oil leak, and also ask if they could check to see why my brake light would turn on. I receive a call stating that their going to replace my oil gasket and tha and also ask if they could check to see why my brake light would turn on. I receive a call stating that their going to replace my oil gasket and that I need new brakes. I told the rep that my car is brand new it only had about 8,000 miles. I told her not to replace my brakes, she says "there's an $85.00 charge, for checking your brakes". I was so upset, that she did not inform me of this charge when i dropped off the car. I ended up paying $200.00 something to replace the front brakes. This was about two years ago. I go recently for some other problem, and they tell me I need NEW BRAKES! I said I DONT THINK SO!!!! I have a friend that does service for another dealer check my brakes and he said that I have at least 15,000 miles to go before changing the brakes. Thier service sucks and they take advantage of us women that know nothing about cars. More
