Allen Farber went above and beyond anyone I've ever dealt with at toyota. My daughter had work done at another dealership twice for check engine light. She was charged over $900 total for both visits and th with at toyota. My daughter had work done at another dealership twice for check engine light. We brought it to Allen for 3rd check engine light and he said o2 senser and water pump should have been covered. He called Toyota care and sure enough it was. He faxed them all the info and explained to me what has to be done at the other dealership to get the $ that was overcharged above toyota extra care's amt. Allen could see that I was upset and he called the dealership to explain it all to them too. He really knows how to deal with the customer.
