I was at Serra Toyota of Lincolnwood (IL) 9-02-2026 tried to tell me I needed a break fluid replacement, even though I had it done couple months ago along with a transmission fluid replacement, I calle tried to tell me I needed a break fluid replacement, even though I had it done couple months ago along with a transmission fluid replacement, I called and told them either their tech is lying or I’ll have to file a claim at the other dealership that did the job, the rep. Afterwards at (Serra) told they can double check . Which means their tech never actually check fluid, wanted to sold me out on on services I don’t need More

This business has a pattern and practice of fraudulent unnecessary repairs that should be stopped to protect the general public from fraud... Beware Service Department is not honest. I recently went for Service at Lincolnwood Leader location , and was told my Vehicle needed a power steering flush for $199.99 and a Coolant Flush for $309.95. I later learned that my vehicle has an Electric Steering System and that my car does not need a power steering flush, this Service is not even recommended by TOYOTA! I later took my car to another TOYOTA DEALER not affiliated with LEADER and the cost for the coolant flush was $167... and they confirmed that my vehicle would never need a power steering flush because it has electric Steeting wheel system. Shame on Leader Toyota.. many friends have also shared their frustration with the deceitful practices at Leader Toyota dealerships/ service departments. I have formally filed a complaint against Leader Toyota in Lincolnwood.. Additionally, PLEASE READ FTC decision against Leadership Toyota.. More

A few weeks ago I contacted by phone the Toyota dealership in the Lincolnwood area of Chicago. The sales person who answered the phone and helped me was Tania Benitez. I had a very specific type of dealership in the Lincolnwood area of Chicago. The sales person who answered the phone and helped me was Tania Benitez. I had a very specific type of car in mind. For the next two weeks, Tania was helping me find the specific car that I wanted. Tania was extremely helpful and she was extremely professional. She provided excellent service to me on the phone. I also contacted about ten other Toyota dealerships in the Chicago area shopping for the same car. When the time came for me to actually go in person to visit the dealership and test drive the car, I chose the Toyota Lincolnwood dealership, from among ten other Toyota dealerships in the Chicago area, because of the very positive experience that I had with Tania on the phone. Tania was the reason that I went to test drive a new car at the Toyota dealership in Lincolnwood. Tania is an excellent and incredibly pleasant sales person and she provided a truly excellent and highly pleasant customer service to me. When I visited the Toyota dealership in Lincolnwood, another sales person by the name of Yazmin Torres helped me and I test drove the car with her. Yazmin was also very nice and professional. Yazmin also provided excellent service and she was very professional and pleasant. . More
