We found the staff to be without exception very nice, polite, knowledgeable. Our only problem was that we didn't want to fill out a form that was a Credit Application, since we were paying cash for the c polite, knowledgeable. We were told that we had to, because it allowed them to verify that we weren't xxxxxxxxxx. We told them they could check our credit rating as well as the terrorist list, but that it didn't make any sense to fill out and sign a form that was clearly for Credit situations. It was resolved when the general manager wrote in other language on the form, making it clear that we were authorizing the checks, but that we were not applying for credit. They contacted me and I returned four days later and we struck a deal that I am thrilled about. I had a different sales person on my second trip. He was really new. He conferred with the first salesman and they came up with exactly what I was looking to get from them. All of these Grossinger personnel made this one of the best Toyota buying experiences I have had since I first began buying Toyotas in 1976. Everyone let me know what was available, but no one pressured me. I really appreciated that. Brad, who did the delivery, was terrific. Jake Lubinski, Finance Manager, has a great sense of humor, he contacted me and was able to run my credit, find me an unbeatable rate and complete most of the applications before I arrived to shorten the length of time involved in purchasing a new vehicle. Anyone who has a 2 year old knows their patience level is limited. Jake had explained each step of the way meticulously, making sure I understood each paper I was signing. He also took the time to go over the value of maintenance package and extended warranty package. Once he ran the numbers and showed me the huge savings, it made sense to purchase them. Now the only thing I will be paying for is my car payment. Brad Vermie, Delivery Manager, really nice guy, walked around the car with me to make sure everything was perfect.
