Lets be honest, I typically hate car salesman, car dealerships and the car buying process in general. But this is the one time where I truly didn't have any complaints. The people I dealt with here dealerships and the car buying process in general. But this is the one time where I truly didn't have any complaints. The people I dealt with here were unbelievably straight forward. They answered every question I could think of and treated me like a real person, not just a customer. I still hate buying cars but I may have to make an exception if I am dealing with these two individuals. More
I do alot of research before going into a dealership so I'm not taken advantage of. It seemed kinda unnecessary this time though. Well, to be honest our overall experience was awesome. From start to finish these guys treated me fairly. I got the car I wanted. I got the price I wanted. It was more than that though. Little things. Very Impressed! From picking out the perfect Highlander, then getting a fair price, and then making sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Well, they refused to give me my Venza for free, but aside from that minor detail, they were absolutely fantastic. I have bought 8 cars in my lifetime and so far this experience was the best. Their selection was huge and the staff were friendly. The parking was chaotic, but I guess when a company is doing good business, parking is always going to be a little tough. More
My best buying experience ever. I wanted a slightly better price, but doesnt everyone. Everyone was very nice, very relaxed, and very honest. At the very end, after I had already paid for the car, Brad the delivery manager went over the car with me and we noticed a small scratch on the side passenger side door. For five whole seconds I was afraid that I was going to go through xxxx to get this remedied, but Brad seemed more concerned about it than I did. He assured me that he would take care of it and he did. The following day Brad had it buffed with no cost to me and the car looked perfect. Since then Brad and brian have called me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Its nice to know that some businesses still know how to provide customer service. Grossinger is one of them. More
i was actually prepare to come out of the dealership a little bruised like always after buying a new car. but i actually didnt have that feeling at all. i was surprised in how laid back the atmosphere was. There was very little pressure, and they took time to listen to me to make sure i got the exact car i wanted(im kinda picky).
