The worst dealer I have ever seen I have never been so angry after I meet a toyota dealer. So I would like to take time to give them a negative review! Before I went there I also quoted other dealers and was feeling good. But they never even smile to me, seems like you are always doing something wrong. They leave me alone to talk to manager more than half an hour and then came back to tell me must sign on a paper to make sure buy a car today without any price on it before talking about the price. So you can fill the form with any price after I sign it? I don't like this and they refuse to talk more. They are very rude. Then the salesman wants us to wait manager for a long time to talk about my price. But the manager just came to tell me no way and just leave! So why are asking me to wasting time to wait you manager? I was never felling so bad when I leave! Don't be there! Worst service and worst price! The worst dealer! More

the usedcars sales manager treated me like i were a bum . yelled at me at one point and told me that he didnt want to sell me the car. he also told me that someone else had purchased the car an hour before i yelled at me at one point and told me that he didnt want to sell me the car. he also told me that someone else had purchased the car an hour before i get there and he was not going to honor the price we discussed on the phone. and i have to beat the other customers price in order to purchase the car i felt like i were at an auction. i explained to him that i drove two hours to get to the dealership and he shook his head and told me that he didnt care. Being a woman I was a little bit nervous going in to buy a car. But from the minute I got there I was put at ease. Ben made me feel right at home and asked all the right questions. They didn't have the exact color that I wanted at the time, but I was assured by the sales manager Kenny that they would get my color in just a couple of days. Now come the negotiations. I have a limited budget so I was prepared to walk away if they couldn't do it. Well, my payment ended up being $6 more than I planned (not bad), and the next day Kenny called me and said that my car was in. The next day I drove off in my brand new Prius! After having a car totaled, I was in need of a new car, but I didn't know exactly what I wanted. After a lot of test drives--and a lot of patience from my salesperson--I got the car I wanted. I felt like I but I didn't know exactly what I wanted. After a lot of test drives--and a lot of patience from my salesperson--I got the car I wanted. I felt like I got special treatment throughout the process, especially since I took a lot of time to finally make my choice. And I ended up driving away very satisfied. So wouldn't you know, my family's other car needed some work soon after. I took my car to Grossinger and got the repairs I needed. The work was done in a timely manner and without breaking the bank. Again, I felt like I got special treatment. They'll continue to get my business! More

What a bunch of crap. This dealer commits bate and switch or is not on the up and up. The salesperson was very nice and kind. However There was an internet sales special (Fake just a common) They priced a Sc or is not on the up and up. The salesperson was very nice and kind. However There was an internet sales special (Fake just a common) They priced a Scion XB 2012 used at $14694. I drove over an hour to purchase the car was quote unquote being used by the owners daughter as a demo. So I give them a week so I can buy it after all a reputable dealer would not advertise unless the car was actually for sale. The General Manager is going to call the owners and get the car in that is an internet posted special deal. The next day the sales person calls me and told me the car is off the internet special and hung up the phone and left me hanging. This in my book is terrible service and treating me a repeat customer like a piece of junk. I was very surprised the dealer of Grossinger name on it would suck this bad. More
