Worst dealer ever-super rude staff I leased a car from this dealership. All maintenance appointments I scheduled were never done on time(sometimes waited for 3 -4 hours). When the time to return the car came, I went there to check my replacement options 3 weeks earlier. I introduced myself, and asked about my options. The guy immediately got upset because I am not purchasing on the same day and did everything possible to kick me out. He wouldn't let me to check the cars I wanted to. Well I left shortly and went to two Nissan dealerships to find out that Grossinger Toyota North is probably my worst option service, attitude and price. Don't go there unless you want to get overpriced car and descent humiliation. More

Absolutely Worst Nightmare! Pathetic Customer Service I went into this dealership a few months back and got a shock of my life that a dealership could treat a customer is such a pathetic way. Their sales manager Martha was having a very bad day and she was taking it out on me. There was absolutely nothing called a customer service at the dealership. Even though I liked the price I walked away from the dealership just because of the customer service. It is unbelievable that a customer is treated like I was. She was literally shouting at me and saying I am playing games. Is this how they train their staff???? I hope they would take this feedback seriously and change things around there More

She then let me make my decision without high pressure sales tactics answering questions I made or found out the answer if she didn't know the answer immediately. More
