I paid cash for a Rav4 Hybrid when they were Grossinger Toyota, and have been treated very poorly since they became Leader Toyota. They love to say, "I'll be right with you," and then let you wait a long t Toyota, and have been treated very poorly since they became Leader Toyota. They love to say, "I'll be right with you," and then let you wait a long time. I drove my car off their lot after service call without checking the driver side. The right side mirror cover was gone when I got home, a 2 mile drive. They assume no responsibility. I will never buy another car with these people. More

I had a terrific experience last week at Toyota of Lincolnwood. My wife and I leased two 2018 vehicles three years ago. Last week I leased a beautiful new 2021 Highlander. Love it! Zahid Mirza was Lincolnwood. My wife and I leased two 2018 vehicles three years ago. Last week I leased a beautiful new 2021 Highlander. Love it! Zahid Mirza was my sales pro and he was super knowledgeable and attentive. He got me exactly what I was looking for, and at the price I needed. In addition, Eric Orellena (the General Sales Manager) and Amy Black (Finance Manager) were also terrific and really helpful. Great experience! More

Horrible service. If you don’t have to go there avoid at any cost. I had a technician comes out in fron of me with black dirty hands and start touching my cream interior seats on my brand new Toyota! I let any cost. I had a technician comes out in fron of me with black dirty hands and start touching my cream interior seats on my brand new Toyota! I let it slide once. I came back a second time and my car was outside waiting for me again with completely dirty seats! They charge you an arm and a leg for service bit can’t use common sense when in side the car! More

Don’t buy from this dealership If there is ever a recall repair needed, I don’t recommend Toyota of Lincolnwood. I got a notice from Toyota that I needed an air bag replacement. I If there is ever a recall repair needed, I don’t recommend Toyota of Lincolnwood. I got a notice from Toyota that I needed an air bag replacement. I went in, got it replaced and then got another notice from Toyota thanking me for doing the first “temporary repair” and to get the second permanent one taken care of as soon as possible. I called Toyota of Lincolnwood and they got me an appt the next morning early at 8:30am. Sounds good so far ....right. Well I get there on time on Saturday morning, my wife drives with me in the other car, go up to the desk and they tell I don’t need it, it was covered under the repair I did 2 weeks earlier. Instead of apologizing for the mixup, the CSR kept pointing out to me that it was handled and showed it to me on her screen. If she could see that I didn’t need the appointment, why couldn’t the person on the phone see that, she saw it in 2 seconds. Frustrated I walked out. Minutes later, I called the car dealership, talked to CSR in Service Dept, who took my information down as I said I wanted to speak to a manager. He called me back within a half hour. I told him how disappointed I was with the service I got. First he explained to me he didn’t know why Toyota sent me another notice. Next, he explained that he uses a service to make appointments. Pretty much didn’t get it. Number one, he essentially was taking no responsibility for what happened. He was blaming Toyota for sending me the notice, blaming his answering service for making the appointment, he took no responsibility whatsoever for the mixup. I also explained that instead of his CSR telling me over and over it had been handled, she could have apologized for the inconvenience instead. Again, both my wife and I got up early and drove almost 25 minutes in local traffic to get there at 8:30am in the morning, our days off. Given that no one seems to take responsibility for a negative customer experience that happens at their dealership, I do not recommend buying your Toyota from that dealership. I had an older Toyota and told him I was going to be buying a new one next year but told the manager he lost me as a customer. More
Bad dealer bad experience but if you want more than one "im sorry"this is the place . I recently bought a certified vehicle on 2/2020 and we agree on some repairs during buying process. I brought it in for "im sorry"this is the place . I recently bought a certified vehicle on 2/2020 and we agree on some repairs during buying process. I brought it in for the agree repairs on 3/2020 spare key, detail... and others stuff and some chips on the front windshield that they agree to repair. When i went to drop off, I had to wait a while since they couldn't locate the loaner . They finally found it wrote me up for it and as the porter was backing up he hit the overhead door now they had to locate another loaner so the waiting continue I finally got out with a loaner after waiting for who knows how long. I get a call a few days later to pick up my vehicle that was ready. Service writer was happy to inform me that they replace the windshield since they found about 11 more chips. As im inspecting my vehicle i notice right away that they install an aftermarket windshield. I ask why? And why didn't they inform me about it. Advisor responded manager approve on replacement and should be ok. I told him i just bought this as a certified and now it has an aftermarket windshield is that even right? He had no answer. I took my vehicle went to Todd on sales ask why did my vehicle got an aftermarket part install? he said it works the same way it should be ok. I took the vehicle home and I had to park the vehicle cause of the pandemic and when i finally got to drive it I notice my vehicle had front wiper defroster. I try to function test it only to find out that the aftermarket windshield did not had that heater function i open the hood and found the connector for it just hanging. I took it back for this and a noise that i heard on my initial test drive with the sales guy ryan. He said they will take care of it if it was not normal. I ask to talk to the service manager and they direct me to the assistant manager Joel he wrote me up told me to wait that the windshield guy was on his way to replace it. i ask to make sure i had an OEM windshield install since that was what the vehicle had when I bought it. His response was" i dont know about that", 2 hrs later sorry the windshield guy showed up but doesn't have the windshield with him and didn't understand what we were talking about. And regarding the noise they told me "sorry but you will need new tires"I went back to Ryan let him know what was going and that I shouldn't need to buy new tires if i just bought the vehicle. And doesn't have no more than 400 miles since the day I bought it,he responded was "im sorry hope this doesn't have any effect on my performance" which make me think thats all he cares about now since he already did the sale. He told he will get with his manager David and to expect a call from him never got a call and that he will make it right. 2 days later no one call me other than to let me know to pick up my vehicle cause they wanted their loaner back. Thats all they care about just the loaner. I contact Ryan again and now he told me to expect a call from Bob Heath, never got a call from no one just a text to pick vehicle up. I decided to get my vehicle, as im checking my vehicle to make sure everything is ok. i find the rear view mirror that mounts on the windshield loose and windshield has some imperfections it looks wavy. I go back in to let them know what I found and got a look and body language as to "what now" i told him mirror is loose told me he couldn't do anything at that time. I responded i guess im taking the loaner back. Now he tells me to wait and had a tech take a look at it. He agree it was loose. Advisor ask him to please fix it and he did. Advisor was "sorry again". I didn't bother to mention the imperfections the windshield had. So I will just stay away from this dealer since they dont care about the client they will just install anything it doesn't matter if its OEM , after market or if its even the right part they proof this since the first windshield was never the right one they just wanted the vehicle out and their loaner back. And maybe expecting not to notice it. And up to this day i haven't gotten any call from any of the mention names above. I mention some names but in general is TOYOTA OF LINCOLNWOOD. More
