This dealership uses shady & dishonest sales tactics. We were ready to buy a car from them but first we wanted an itemized, upfront list of charges of what it would cost in total with taxes and fees. We had to request it a few times from a couple of different salesman and the manager, via phone and email. For a while, it felt like they were dodging us to avoid giving us pricing either in writing or over the phone. But with enough pestering, a salesman (Angel) finally called us back. Angel's price was much higher than we expected. When buying a vehicle, other than the taxes, the only thing I expect to pay are registration, doc, and title fees. In fact, if I attempt to check out from the dealer online, those are the only listed fees, but when we asked Angel why we were getting a higher estimate, it was due to a $2600 fee for Xzilon appearance protection that we did not ask for and do not want. Angel told us the Xzilon fee was absolutely required and that we would not be allowed to opt out or remove it. It is ridiculous that this would be a requirement for purchasing one of their vehicles. To me, it feels like a bait and switch - it allows them to advertise lower prices on the internet, but then when you show up to buy a car, they throw in "mandatory" fees for junk you don't want so they can still make 2K+ in profit. We told Angel we would no longer be interested and we are definitely not going back to buy anything from this dealership. Would NOT recommend, the whole thing felt scummy to me & like the dealership was just hoping we would be dumb enough to pay it. More
Just visited the dealership and worst ever sales experience received with this dealership. Just because they have the vehicle available doesn’t mean you will ask above the MSRP. Will be calling TOYO experience received with this dealership. Just because they have the vehicle available doesn’t mean you will ask above the MSRP. Will be calling TOYOTA CORPORATE to alert them with their sales tactics and that this dealership and management is doing during this time. If you're a fan of the ole' bait and switch this is your place. All employees lack any sense of integrity or honesty. horrible experience.
