5 stars well earned!! Alexis helped me find my first new car. He was very patient and explained the entire process for me without being pushy. My expectations with dealerships in the area were not the best car. He was very patient and explained the entire process for me without being pushy. My expectations with dealerships in the area were not the best and I was reluctant to stop in, but the staff and salesman made me feel completely at home. Not only was I helped out by being given several choices, but my salesman also helped inform each of my decisions which ultimately ended up making the process a breeze! Thank you guys very much. I will only ever shop with and recommend family to Toyota of Lincolnwood. More
They added 5,000.00 more than the internet price. I was there for over 5 hours ( living in Wisconsin) . I called back 2 days later and had to leave messages for my salesperson ( who never got them or didn’ there for over 5 hours ( living in Wisconsin) . I called back 2 days later and had to leave messages for my salesperson ( who never got them or didn’t want to return them). Now a week later I’m being told I have to spend more money to get new plates because I wasn’t told at the time of sale that he needed my registration from Wisconsin. Not a dealership I would recommend at all. More
The absolute worst dealership of all time. The service writers are a joke I stood there for ten minutes to not be greeted by anybody. While new people are walking and being asked how may I help you. Way to pick and choose which customers you want to help. Mind you none of them were busy they were sitting at they’re desks staring instead of getting up off they’re lazy butts and writing up my vehicle. I’ve worked for the automotive industry my whole life and I’ve never witnessed service writers not taking care of customers just standing around when they clearly can see you are there for service. I will never in my life step foot into this dealership again. More

My experience was not very good.I had an appointment to see a truck.When I got there the truck wouldn’t even start.I was told that they would start the truck and call me to go back for a test drive.That ne see a truck.When I got there the truck wouldn’t even start.I was told that they would start the truck and call me to go back for a test drive.That never happened.I called later on that day and I spoke with the sales manager and finally got the test drive (without the plates because they didn’t have any available at the time).When we started the paperwork I was told that as soon as the salesperson finishes his part of the paperwork we are going to financing.When he finished the paperwork I was left to wait for more than an hour and no one came to say anything.At that point I just left.I don’t know if that’s the way to treat your costumers.
