Was told the vehicle I purchased would be in great condition and had tons of scratches and dents all over. They lowered my trade allowance after driving in (were very confrontational and rude about it condition and had tons of scratches and dents all over. We just got oil change and windshield wipers changed. Wipers were either not tested or defective, and we could not see in the rain driving later in the day.
