Great customer service by Pamela. No pressure to by all those crazy up sell nonsense features. They went strait to the out the door price. Got to test drive the car for a nice while with no pressure. I drove from an hour away to see a used vehicle. After confirming 3 times that the vehicle was there I get there and the vehicle is there (but now one can find it). By far one of the worse customer service experiences in quite sometime. If you are looking to get CRACKED in the words of management this is where you probably should NOT go!!! Went in to look at and possibly purchased a Highlander they had shown in their inventory online. Upon arriving and being shown the vehicle the vehicle was extremely dirty and had body damage. The damage wasn’t quite your small scratch or something minor it was pretty banged up. Something I definitely would not have expected to see in this Lincoln Park dealership. I would’ve expected this at some Ma and pa corner lot But not here. Not to mention the horrible customer service and unprofessionalism from the manager Ben. The Salesman was alright but it’s really unfortunate the leadership team that’s directing them. BUYERS BEWARE!!! More
Subpar repair Worked on my Toyota RAV4 on 4/10/18, and among other repairs sealed the transmission pan and replaced a pan gasket because there was a leak. My trans Worked on my Toyota RAV4 on 4/10/18, and among other repairs sealed the transmission pan and replaced a pan gasket because there was a leak. My transmission began leaking again 1/13/20, and had to be resealed and the gasket had to be replaced because the work City Toyota did was substandard (should have lasted 40k-60k miles) and had to be redone. The technician that worked on my car used the wrong sealant that was not made for transmission fluid. Per the Toyota dealership that redid the work, the technician at Toyota of Lincoln Park used an oil based sealant, which was orange in color instead of the appropriate Toyota approved sealant. As the result, the work had to be redone in less than 2 years and cost me an additional $641.04. I attempted to contact Toyota of Lincoln Park, and they are avoiding me. More

TJ IS THE FIRST TOYOTA REP WHO COULD TELL ME WHY I CAN'T USE THE IPHON FINALLY...A SAVVY TOYOTA DEALERSHIP IN THE CITY OF CHICAGO I CAN BE PROUD OF!!! TJ IS THE FIRST TOYOTA REP WHO COULD TELL ME WHY I CAN'T USE THE IPHONE FAST CHARGE. THIS IS MY SECOND PRIUS IN 6 YEARS AND NO ONE COULD TELL ME HOW TO MAKE THE FAST CHARGE WORK. HE SAID MY IPHONE 7 DOESN'T HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY. SO I WALKED NEXT DOOR TO APPLE TO BUY THE 11. IT WAS THE PERFECT EXCUSE TO GO SHOPPING. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK ON MONDAY SO TJ CAN CONNECT MY 11. I BLEW OUT MY TIRE ON I94 WHEN I HIT DEBRIS THAT WASN'T CLEARED (A MOTOR OIL BOTTLE). KEVIN WAS THE FIRST PERSON I MET WHEN I WALKED IN. I TOLD HIM I NEED A NEW TIRE. HE TOOK MY TO SYLVESTER AND PROMISED I WOULD BE IN GOOD HANDS. THAT WAS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I GOT A NEW TIRE AND SYLVESTER POINTED OUT THE DAMAGE UNDER MY CARRIAGE THAT WILL NEED REPAIR. SO HAPPY HE TOLD ME. I'M GOING TO STATE FARM TO FILE MY CLAIM MONDAY MORNING AND THEN BACK TO LEADER LINCOLN PARK TO GET MY IPHONE 11 PAIRED. I'M SO HAPPY. I MAY GO AHEAD AND GET THE APPLE WATCH TOO TO MATCH MY NEW PHONE. I WANT ALL MY TECHNOLOGY ESPECIALLY BECAUSE TJ TOLD ME I DON'T NEED TO BUY A STARTER FOR THE WINTER IF I FINALLY REGISTER FOR ENTURE. I CAN TAKE THAT $200 AND PUT TOWARDS MY APPLE WATCH (BYE FITBIT). I WAS GOING TO WAIT UNITL CHRISTMAS FOR MY APPLE WATCH...BUT FINDING LEADER...I FEEL LIKE A KID ON CHRISTMAS DAY. He reviewed my service history wrote up my service ticket and told me about how long it would be since I choose to wait. Kaysean came into the waiting room discussed the service performed, made a couple of recommendations which I will have done. I was in and out before the time he suggested my service would take. Very good customer service Kaysean was excellent. A very good experience . More
