I’ve tried to get resolution, I still have issue. I just don’t understand as an alleged “leading” auto group, why such confusion, poor customer service, and lack of attention to meeting customers needs. Help me understand why that is?

Contact Edgar Rivera, sales person, Derek Heath who has a terrible attitude, and Wayne Winkelman who I think is trying to help. They have all the details from my experience. I have recommended 2 people to this dealership and auto group and have contacted them back saying don’t do it unless and until my issue is resolved satisfactorily. This isn’t customer service. Sorry I know times are tough but customer service brings people back and brings new customers forward. Just saddened by whole experience.
