This dealership likes to play games and pass you from person to person. My experience with them is that if you’re not physically in the store they won’t bother with you. I’ve been trying to buy a car from them for weeks and every time I call them someone takes down my number and says they’ll call me back with details about how to move forward with buying a car… no one ever calls back. Mind you I tell them I’m ready to buy today. To top it off they advertise one price, but neglect to add on the dealer add-ons to the price. If they are not optional, they should be included in the price. FYI those add-ons are an extra $3k. Bottom line beware of this place, they clearly do not value your time. More

He was also very helpful in preparing the sales paperwork after I decided to purchase the vehicle. The car I wanted was listed for $30,900. And I wanted to buy it. Then they ran the numbers and added a extra $5000 to the list price. And told me I had to pay for all the extra stuff. I’ve gotta say this dealer made my experience way better then I had imagined. Both Dustin and Ashraf worked with me and my family and they got the bank to give me a better interest rate then they initially then I had imagined. We bought our car from Gerardo Angeles (Gerry) - he was great to work with! He answered all of our questions and worked hard to get us the car we wanted even though supply was limited. My husband and I had a really good car buying experience at Toyota of Lincoln Park. We worked with Kevin Flasch and despite his youthful appearance, he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful througho at Toyota of Lincoln Park. We worked with Kevin Flasch and despite his youthful appearance, he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire buying process. And, buying a car during Covid is, indeed, a process! Like all things Covid, there was low inventory, delivery date delays, and limited price negotiation (however, we were surprised with the very good offer for our trade-in!). Kevin was extremely up front regarding the challenges and what our options were to get the car we wanted. And, because we could not see the car in person, the dealership allowed us to put a very small deposit down to hold the car until it arrived and we we able to see it. Additionally, had we decided not to go through with the sale upon seeing the car, they would refund the entire deposit no questions asked. Kevin kept in constant contact with us regarding the delivery status - and even with a monster snowstorm coming across the country at the same time as the car was coming across the country, we were able to take possession of the car in less than two weeks, well within the time window Kevin thought the car would be delivered based on the information that he had for the car. On delivery day, Kevin helped me set up the Toyota App on my phone and assisted with the input of all the information for the car on my phone. We also had a very long "learning lesson" in the car, as the technology advances in this car were remarkably different from my former car. Kevin was patient and clearly knew this car inside out. He has called to check in since the purchase and we are scheduled for an additional learning lesson (or two) in a couple weeks to be sure I understand all the bells and whistles this car has to offer. And, a shout out to George in Financial Services. The amount of paperwork required to purchase a car is daunting. George took his time to explain all the details and get all the paperwork in order. He answered all my questions, and made sure that I understood everything that I was signing. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. More
