Unfortunately, my experience was not perfect as the finance team DOUBLE CHARGED me for the down payment! I only discovered this later while checking my credit card statements. Be careful to double check everything they do! Toyota never informed me of a double charge, so I'm glad I caught it on my own. I can't imagine that I'm the only one to ever be mysteriously double charged. More
