My husband and I had a really good car buying experience at Toyota of Lincoln Park. We worked with Kevin Flasch and despite his youthful appearance, he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful througho at Toyota of Lincoln Park. And, buying a car during Covid is, indeed, a process! Like all things Covid, there was low inventory, delivery date delays, and limited price negotiation (however, we were surprised with the very good offer for our trade-in!). Kevin was extremely up front regarding the challenges and what our options were to get the car we wanted. And, because we could not see the car in person, the dealership allowed us to put a very small deposit down to hold the car until it arrived and we we able to see it. Additionally, had we decided not to go through with the sale upon seeing the car, they would refund the entire deposit no questions asked. Kevin kept in constant contact with us regarding the delivery status - and even with a monster snowstorm coming across the country at the same time as the car was coming across the country, we were able to take possession of the car in less than two weeks, well within the time window Kevin thought the car would be delivered based on the information that he had for the car. On delivery day, Kevin helped me set up the Toyota App on my phone and assisted with the input of all the information for the car on my phone. We also had a very long "learning lesson" in the car, as the technology advances in this car were remarkably different from my former car. Kevin was patient and clearly knew this car inside out. He has called to check in since the purchase and we are scheduled for an additional learning lesson (or two) in a couple weeks to be sure I understand all the bells and whistles this car has to offer. And, a shout out to George in Financial Services. The amount of paperwork required to purchase a car is daunting. George took his time to explain all the details and get all the paperwork in order. He answered all my questions, and made sure that I understood everything that I was signing. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. More

Tried to purchase a Tundra today over the phone because I live in a different state. The truck was listed at 50,900.00 on Auto Trader. He never called back and when I contacted him again he acted like he forgot but was going to jump right on it. I did not feel confident in what I was hearing so I nicely reached out to Tommy the sales manager. Tommy stated Gerardo was new and he would take care of me and that he should not have taken that info over the phone. Tommy sent me the on line credit app and I filled it out. He then told me there was a stop sale on the truck and I told him I didnt mind I was in no hurry to pick it up. He then went on to tell me that due to market conditions they were not sure what they were selling the truck for and he said he would find out and call me back. Well, he never called back and I spoke with someone else who said that Tommy was in a meeting and now the truck was 60,900.00. 2 Words for the character of these guys. Dirt Bags! I feel sorry for the Chicago Land Area for having to put up with these folks. More

To say this dealership is a fraud is an understatement. Do you not do business with dealership. I called about a car advertised at $34,742 and I live in another state and wanted to deliver a cashiers che Do you not do business with dealership. After a couple of days, they called back and said the total vehicle would be $42,000! I said WHAT! That included license and taxes, and I advised I didn't not want that added on. Then they proceeded to tell me they do a "clearcoat" on their vehicles inside and out that is an additional $2500 and then an $850 inspection. I said I didn't want these and they said it already on it so I had to pay it! This is a bait and switch. They would not honor the full price on the internet! If I could give a negative star I would! I have dealt with alot of dealerships across the United States and this is the worst and only negative experience I have received. More

1st. Deceptive advertising. Tried to sell me a car advertised for 14k at 19k+ since they had graciously added a mythical 2500$ clear coat (that doesn't exist) and COVID like demand charges. 2nd. Was held hostage when I wanted to stop the deal and leave. The way the dealership is set up they valet your car when you come in, they have you stuck for as long as they want you there. 3rd. Tried to pull a fast one with my trade in. Offering 2k less than salvage on this particular car and then tried tried to saddle me with finishing the 1k in payment left on my old vehicle. This place will try to nickle and dime you after tryings to rob you to your face. I've been bent over my used car salesmen with more scruples than this place. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
