I scheduled an early morning maintenance appointment last Friday to avoid a possible busy holiday weekend. Oscar was my service advisor during this visit. I planned on leaving the car at the dealership to head straight to work by 8am. Unsure If I should take public transportation or Uber to work, I quickly decided to ask about their complimentary drop off/pick up service. Oscar accommodated my request right away. Demetrius was my driver for that morning. He was also very professional. Demetrius got me to work safely and on-time, which I really appreciate. Overall, I was happy to check this off my list of things to do before the weekend. The service made for an even better morning. As always, thanks to the staff at Toyota of Lincoln Park! More
