deception and fraud of the highest order Saw a beautiful 08 Avalon on the internet on a Friday and called to ask if it was still available. Sales person said it was so we told her we would be there the following Monday to look at it. We live 180 mi away, one way, Wanting to touch base, I called her Saturday, and since she said she was saving it for us, we reiterated we would be there Monday. Monday morning, before we left home I called to tell her we would be there around 1:00. I called when we got to Lawton to tell her we were in town. 20 minutes later the sales manager comes in to us and tells us they just sold the car. After driving 180 miles! After piecing all the CYA's, excuses, and stories together, we came to one conclusion: THAT CAR NEVER EXISTED!! Classic bait-n-switch. Be extremely cautious when you answer an internet ad of these people. In the end I had to laugh at myself for being so gullible. More
Poor salesmanship A friend of mine and I, who are long time Toyota owners, went to Toyota of Lawton this morning, looking at new Camry's and Tundra's. We both own 200 A friend of mine and I, who are long time Toyota owners, went to Toyota of Lawton this morning, looking at new Camry's and Tundra's. We both own 2001 and 2002 vehicles. Got to the dealership and looked around for a good 10 minutes before anyone decided to come out and talk to us. Finally she asked what we were interested in and we told her both of us were interested in looking at new vehicles. I explained that I would like to sit in the backseat of a new Tundra to see how much more room there is in the new one's compared to my 2001 and that we would both like to test drive some new vehicles. Neither one of our requests were fulfilled. The sales person disappeared and after a bit, came back out with a manager who informed us that we could go into the show room and sit in those vehicles but never offered to open any car or truck on the lot and never offered a test drive. After that, they both disappeared and no one ever spoke to us again. They weren't the least but interested in making a $65,000-$70,000 sale. My friend was ready to buy a car today and had they made me a good deal, I would have bought one today as well. On a last note, I had done some looking on the Internet the night before and found that all the tundras had some good discounts. That bit of information was never mentioned by the sales person or manager. They have lost 2 potential customers and I won't ever recommend that dealership as long as they have that kind of service. More

It seems like he wanted to fight. Our family purchases 5 cars every 4 years on average, the GM said he didn't need my business I couldn't believe what I was hearing. More
LIE, LIE, LIE I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from Toyota of Lawton. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went down to look at a vehicle but I I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from Toyota of Lawton. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went down to look at a vehicle but I did not. There are way more negative reviews than positive, that should tell you something. I went down to the dealership looking for my son a corolla L. They told me that they did not have any L's but could get me in a LE for the same price. Lie number one, they came back with a payment 90.00 more a month than what the advertisement for the L was. First mistake do not believe a word they say. After telling them that they were not even close I gave them my bottom line price for the LE. Their response was they could no go that low for the LE. So as I got up to leave the dealership, all the sudden a corolla L appeared out of no where. They said you are lucky, we just got an L in and it is ready to go, the only difference is that it does not have a back up camera. (Lie) I should have checked to see for myself but I believed them. There are many differences between an L and an LE. the rest of the transaction was full of the same. It has been more than a week since the transaction and they are still calling wanting me to sign papers that they forgot to have me sign. Please do yourself a favor and find some place else to purchase a vehicle. More
Never Purchase A Car Here I drove in from Kansas City to buy a 2011 Dodge Durango. First red flag, the lady I was in contact with upon arrival didn't even take the time to say, "Hello, thank you for driving 6 hours and providing some money for my family". 2nd, No one ever went over the car features with me. I now wonder if the reason was because they don't work. The push button start (button) is missing, the doors do not unlock when I touch the handle, and after washing the car the headlamp bulb broke. I tried to contact them via phone calls/messages and certified mail. NO REPLY YET!!! Then when I do talk to a manager (Jim Williams) this guy raises his voice so loud. I haven't received any info for my gap insurance or extended warranty. And I purchased the car 9/26/2015. You've been warned. More
Absolute worst auto dealership in Lawton Oklahoma I don't have the words that can describe how I feel. Except to say the sales manager has lied and lied and lied to me. They are trying to screw me out of the money they owe me. Been over a week now that they said they would print me a check for $350.00 there story does not change same old thing every day we don't have your check yet. When we finally got our paperwork in the mail 3 weeks later, they had added the charge......nearly $2000 more than the promised total price......with the handshake. If you do go there, beware of their paperwork scams......wish we had never seen this place. They are great at scamming hardworking folks! More
