It is too bad that USAA/Truecar is using this dealership. USAA is a very respectable company who prides themselves on customer service. Toyota of Lawton does not deserve to be associated with USAA and Trucar car buying service. Besides the lying, it was like buying a car from a dealership that has been open for 2 days. They brought a guy named Ramone to the dealership to help with their lack of following Toyota policy, Ramone actually told me that. I could go on and on, but they have wasted a lot of my time and I am still out my two doors being repaired, Toyota's auto body quote of $2,000.00. When I was told to talk with Gary, the service manager about the repairs, he hung up on me because he did not want to hear my complaint. Real professional Gary! Get a job where you wont have to speak with people. Its really too bad that places like this still have to do business like used car salesmen did 20 years ago. I just wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. Never would have thought I would get this type of service from a Toyota dealer. More

My sales lady was named Michelle, she was phenomenal and without a doubt the very best salesperson I have ever dealt with. She answered all of my questions, and made me feel like she really cared about me. They had my parents sign documents and told they were under no obligation until the vehicle arrived at the dealership and they got a chance to see it in person. When the vehicle arrived a couple of days later they told them that they had to take the vehicle because they had signed a contract and that their trade in was no longer their property. They refused to hand them a copy of the contract before leaving the dealership and have avoided our repeated calls requesting a copy. They won't even tell them which bank financed the loan. I have file complaints with the Oklahoma Attorney General and the Oklahoma Motor Sales Commissions. If anyone has been taken advantage by them, make sure you file complaints so that they don't keep doing this to other people. More
