Every time we step onto the dealership, we have had quite a few of their personnel come up to say hello and make sure we were being taken care of. Love all the smiles and the little chats! ....My husband and I had gone in to look, just browsing, trying to get an idea of what we wanted for our next vehicle, not really intending to buy, and drove home that very evening in a brand new Highlander Limited! .. Wow! We love, love, love this car!...Our sales representative, Michael Torres hunted high and low through the entire lot to find us the vehicle that would give us everything we wanted, and more! Michael has been so helpful also with all the concerns we've had with accessories and extras for our new Highlander, making sure things are running smoothly and getting them done as soon as possible. Actually, everyone we've dealt with in the process of getting this car has been wonderful. From sales representatives, to finance person, to service personnel, they have all been so very helpful and very, very friendly! ... Yes, we highly recommend this dealership, Toyota of Lawton, to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! More

Worst experience ever with dealership Not professional at all. Had them powder coat bumpers when I bought vehicle. Told I would be given a gift card to hook them up with a good rating. This was a service guy. He was good other than that. New sales was terrible. Never received gift card after I left a good review. Never again!! More

Terrible Experience- Will be contacting Toyota ZERO STARS! My experience at Toyota of Lawton bordered on fraudulent. I made an hour long trip to Lawton to see a used 2016 Toyota Rav4 that was sho ZERO STARS! My experience at Toyota of Lawton bordered on fraudulent. I made an hour long trip to Lawton to see a used 2016 Toyota Rav4 that was shown on TrueCar at $22,289 (Toyota of Lawton posting on TrueCar). When we arrived the sales staff all implored the usual tactics to try to get my daughter to commit to a monthly payment amount so they could then back into a sales price. My daughter and I were clear that we weren't interested in financing it with them, so were only interested in the sales price. We arranged to test drive it and take it to our mechanic for a couple of days. Eventually they presented a worksheet showing the "internet" price of 22,711 (plus the expected other fees). When we challenged the difference in what they were now quoting - $22,711, they stated they could not honor the $22,289 price as posted on TrueCar. So they lured us in at one price and then would not honor it, even when shown what they had posted on TrueCar. There were other sketchy interactions, including the service that they performed on the vehicle. They were insistent that they only changed the oil, but after I persisted in getting a copy of the service record for my mechanic to review, it revealed that they had repaired the headliner and replaced glass. I would not purchase from this dealer. Clearly they are untruthful and/or deceitful in their interactions. If this review site had the option to include attachments, I would have attached the TrueCar page and dealer worksheet to substantiate my review, but unfortunately it doesn't. More
Poor Finance Department-Scam Upon buying a 2015 Toyota Sienna, we were told to lie to the bank about how much of a down payment we were putting down, our salesman cut off contact Upon buying a 2015 Toyota Sienna, we were told to lie to the bank about how much of a down payment we were putting down, our salesman cut off contact with us, then comes back saying that he was now the finance manager and busy picking up the mess the last one made, saying that accounts were over 75 days old and asked that I email him the info that was required to close our deal. After emailing the info needed, I called to follow up and make sure it was received. He said he had no idea because he had over 1000 unread messages...then eventually he told me that he did receive the info. Here it is 2 months later and the dealership came and picked up the vehicle stating that the bank didn't finance because they never received info that was needed and had exceeded the allowed time and since all of the credit inquiries for the car loan, our credit score dropped below what the bank could work with. We sold our previous vehicle when purchasing the van so now this dealership has left me without a vehicle, with 4 kids. The salesman/finance manager is no longer employees there, so our family is suffering from this company dropping the ball on the finance deal. What a nightmare... More
