Great service Was shopping for a Prius online and found what I was looking for at Toyota of Lawton. He returned all my calls, answered my many questions, offered to FaceTime with my husband and I in order to get a better look at the car, and negotiated with us on price. When asked, he told us about the extra fees added onto the purchase price ($399 document fee and a mandatory $1194 "consumer benefit package"). Here's where I would split off from David's review and give the dealer 4 stars if I could. Document fees I understand, but the benefit package is pretty useless. It covers tires, windshield chips, and theft for 1 year. I'd rather have $1194 back in my pocket. However, these add on fees were negotiable. End result was they negotiated with us and we bought the car. Extra bonus star to David for corresponding with the Service department on my behalf AFTER we bought the car. I had a question about the car's last servicing (oil change, tire rotation, etc). Another dealer might have blown me off, but David didn't! One more thing- Colorado requires a front plate by law, this Prius didn't have a front bracket. David got us one on the house. This deal wouldn't have happened without him. More
Under new management -- STAY AWAY! I've been doing business with the Lawton Toyota since 2004. I have a Tacoma, Tundra, Sienna, and Corolla. While working with the finance department I've been doing business with the Lawton Toyota since 2004. I have a Tacoma, Tundra, Sienna, and Corolla. While working with the finance department to buy out the two lease vehicle I have they abruptly ended working with me under the direction of the new General Manager. I've been a loyal customer for years now and obviously prefer Toyota vehicles but apparently they don't make allot of money from people that buy out their lease vehicles so they kicked me to the curb. I'll be going to Jim Norton Toyota in Oklahoma City from now on! Heck, my wife will appreciate a nice dinner from time to time and we can get to the Bass Pro Shop as part of the trip... I would love to support our local dealership because former Army folks tend to be loyal, as I have been for the past 13 years, but there is no way I am spending my money at a business that doesn't appreciate loyalty. More

When it came time for the sale he came out with a higher amount then the vehicle sticker sale price. Very dishonest. Not good salemanship. More
Beware of the Bait and Switch Went in recently to look for a used car. Salesman knew nothing about the vehicle specs nor the actual vehicle history and made one up on the spot. They will come at you with facts and figures that make it seem like they are already giving you the best price, but when presented with actual market value for both the car I wanted to purchase and the price of my trade in, they laughed and said it was an absurd offer. But MOST OF ALL, they have their prices listed for 1600$ less online, but when you get on the lot you find out about their dealer warranty. It is a xx package that provides nothing of real value and is used only in order bilk money from the unaware (like young soldiers in this military town). When I said they can keep their warranty because the first dealer said it was only and option, the sales manager came out and aggressively told me that like it or not the car will be sold with the warranty. More

I was able to get the truck I wanted with all the features that are important to me. At no point did they harass or force a sale. Total, it took a couple of hours to walk out with a new truck, but part of that was finding the right truck for our needs and budget. Staff was also very helpful and understanding of having two toddlers with us for the entire thing. Will recommend to any all buyers needing a new truck! More

This company will go out on a limb to try to continue to scam "customers". Very scary to know a "professional" business using the Toyota name, can literally rob you. Advise to customers: stay far away from this company. They spend more of their work time trying to figure out ways to cover their butts and steal. The new management "claims" to be ex law enforcement...which is even more unsettling considering he has carried on the reason this business scores an F through BBB and can not be accredited. More
