I haven’t bought a car from a dealer in 20 years and I remember why . They hounded me and hounded me. They told me the price of the car was 34k. I put down 3k. Somehow I left owing 37k. Do not buy from these lemon dealers , sold us a car with recalled part that destroyed the engine , now finding loop holes to keep from being responsible . No customer respect at all). People be ware from The Toyota Service Department all the way to the top with Kenneth Pittman, poorest customer service I have came across in over 35 years, unbelievable! Brought my vehicle in just to have the handle on the stick shift changed and they broke my linkage causing shifting problems that it did not have coming in, they tried to charge me an additional $800 and some dollar and after saying no way my car had this problem coming in just a handle changed and even the mechanic said something broke a little plastic gear and screwed up the shifting. They came back and said they would take care of it basically admitting there wrong but they said they did nothing wrong that they will just take care of it, yeah right! They said originally they had the part when they we're going to charge me and personalities got involved his employees amazingly started lying and now that they have broke my car they told me to leave. This is the saddest car dealer I have done business with in decades, terrible - All Beware sadly these people lie like you couldn't even believe it until it happens to you kind of thing, again beware! Second meeting was done and was offered a $100.00 gift card and for some reason that appeased me that day after thinking about everything. After I got home thinking about it, no apology, no admittance of being wrong and a measly $100.00 gift card after the above I could not do it. I wrote a letter to the CEO and left a phone message with no return call or letter. After they accused me and tried to give me an 4800.00 and some bill from the beginning I mentioned three more gift cards w/b more appropiate, again no response, so I feel it necessary to post the review to help others be careful at Toyota Of Lawton, especially The Service Department! More

We always get good service and with Gary there was no exception. He was kind, friendly and knowledgeable about what we wanted checked. Excellent service I called and spoke to William in Service and asked for an estimate for the work I wanted done. He called back within a couple or so hours with an esti I called and spoke to William in Service and asked for an estimate for the work I wanted done. He called back within a couple or so hours with an estimate. He worked with me on the time to get my car in and get repair done. He also gave me his cell phone number and I was able to text back and forth with no problem as I was at work and couldn't really be on the phone much. When the repair was finished, I paid my bill over the phone and was able to pick my car up after hours. These guys stayed within their estimate and fixed my car with no problems. William is the only person I dealt with. I would recommend this dealership Service dept to anyone. . More
