This is a GREAT dealership that took care of me from start to finish. Honest, quick and they know there stuff. In response to our concern about a persistent oil leak, Toyota of Laredo performed extensive work on our Rav4, charging more than $500. Only a few days after the repair we relocated 250 miles to another city, and by the time we arrived the car was again leaking oil. An independent repair service at our new location determined that an oil pump bolt was missing, and indicated that the Laredo work was incomplete, at best. In any case, we paid Toyota of Laredo $500 for a job that did not solve the problem. Unfortunately, we were then too far removed to take the car back to the dealership. We wrote to Laredo to express our dissatisfaction. More than three weeks later we have not received so much as a courtesy reply. We remain fans of Toyota vehicles, but regret the Laredo dealership was not more responsive to this customer complaint. More
