Experiences in Shop 1-5-17 My 2010 Prius developed a couple of problems after I made this appointment and I brought it to the attention of the workers there. Turned out my car's 12 V battery had gone bad and needed replacing. After authorizing that he had the Air Bag factory recall taken care of and the battery problem settled. He told me he gave the car checkout and it was in good health. The entire episode was done in an efficient and friendly manner. The whole thing was over in a very short time and my car was returned to me. Since the battery apparently was the cause of my problems that seems to be corrected. Thank You, Mike H. More

When problems arose with engine delivery, they extended my complimentary rental car and ultimately gave me a price break due to the inconvenience of taking several days longer to complete than promised. The service agent was always polite, pleasant, and forthcoming. I have always been satisfied with my service experiences at Sierra Toyota. More
