I must also compliment the people that work there that just past by where I sat. They all smiled, spoke or both. You may have some unhappy employees but it did not show in their faces or actions. Recall Sierra Toyota was right on top of the recall on my 2011 Prius. They told me about it before I got the paperwork. I took the car in on January 20th.
