Also only had 2 trained mechanics to fix the recall issue? Knowing you have a recall, only have 2 people trained mechanics? Did they not want customers to come and get the recall item fixed??? Great customer service From the moment I came in the service was great. The person that greeted me was friendly, my service advisor sean was super informative and upfront. I was offered a shuttle ride home while my vehicle was serviced which was awesome and they picked me back up to get my car.
