Customer Service My experience with Teresa was a positive one. I purchased my car here last June and had a horrible experience. The sales person and manager refused to give me my car keys from my old car being serviced after it was finished as a tactic for me to not leave and continue to hear their pitch. It was an awful experience and the only thing good about it was I have a nice car. Teresa listened to my horrible experience and apologized for my treatment. She was very nice. More

Repaired clear coat issue Third time I brought in 2017 Tacoma for manufacture clear coat fading. Mike and Tom were a huge help as we needed a quick turnaround due to us moving. Power sterling hose Service was provide timely after to hose was received even though I took home only to return due to the hose from the radiator to the engine intake br Service was provide timely after to hose was received even though I took home only to return due to the hose from the radiator to the engine intake breaking off Jose was great I do have a complaint with the fact that I spent 700$ then turned around within a day to spent 700$ were 169 parts and 560 in labor I think it should be looked at when it come to labor and the pricing especially the closeness of service not even 15 mile on the vechile plus was that check I don’t see how it just brok of if it was weak and the hose was checked it should have possibly been caught and service the first time More
