Service I took my car I purchased to the service department 2 times because the first time they did not do the job correct. They said that it was just a valve that was disconnected and they connected it back and told me it was fixed. A day later I am driving the car and the engine light comes up again. I took it the second time and after they completed the service it turned out it was a valve that was damaged. More
Oil Change/ Recall Repair I needed to get an oil change and I did not have an appointment. The service rep got me in fairly quick and reminded me that there were 3 recall repai I needed to get an oil change and I did not have an appointment. The service rep got me in fairly quick and reminded me that there were 3 recall repairs that needed to be done. They were able to do the oil change and 2 of the repairs the same day. Pricing for oil change was fair for my vehicle (07 Tacoma) and the turn around time was perfect. I will bring my truck back in the future for repairs. The only criticism I have is that they were unable to rotate/balance my wheels because they are oversized. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. More

Made me late for work I had to be to work. I advised ahead of my appointment that I would need a ride. I eas on time but had to wait an hour for a ride. I was seriousl I had to be to work. It would not be difficult to have additional employees drive or to anticipate that customer who asked for a ride ahead of time would need one faster than an hour. Several times I have come in and advised staff of minor problems (malfunctioning usb port and malfunctioning collision senser). The staff was convinced there was nothing they could do before they examined it. The usb port doesn't charge my phone well. The senser gave error messages when it rained. The resonses were that it is poorly designed and that those issues could not be resolved. Sometimes the receptionists who resond to phone calls have an attude and are unhelpful. More
